We were glad to be chosen to produce an important milestone for the 50th year for the Red Cross’s presence here in Kenya. Previously, WGS worked with the red cross peace campaign during the 2013 General elections, and also filmed and did photography for the ‘Kenya for Kenyans’ even back in 2012. Therefore we were very happy to be working again with the Red Cross.

Through Red Cross’s network of influencers, we got to conceptualize and produce a thankful message to Kenyans. Working together with Nameless, Eric Wainaina, Bob Collymore, Susan Awiyo, Kalekye Mumo and Juliani we created a theme to encourage other Kenyans to join the Red Cross society. So many well known faces pitched in to help, and it was filmed over a week travelling to different places where the Red Cross has projects.
